Dummy Legs & Trunnions
Description:
Dummy legs or Trunnions are used on sections of pipe as a support stand. They can also be a pipe branch that is added to a straight pipe, elbow or transition. They are best used when little to no movement is foreseen. Dummy Leg or Trunnions are usually a shorter piece that keeps the attachment in place.
HOLD DOWN PIPE CLAMPS
Description:
Hold down pipe clamps are used to anchor pipe in place or allow axial movement of pipe. These can be supplied with slide plates such as PTFE-25% Glass Filled or graphite plates for reduced friction as desired.

PIPE CLAMPS and RISER CLAMPS
Description:
Pipe clamps are bolted attachment. This clamps around pipe to connect the pipe to remainder of other assemblies.
APS fabricates a wide variety of pipe clamps.

WEAR PADS
Description:
Wear Pad is protection against corrosion on insulated pipes.
FRP Wear Pad also protects against corrosion on insulated pipes. This increases life of pipe. This also eliminates metal to metal contact between pipe and its metal supporting structure.
Types and Sizes
- Wear Pads range from sizes ½” to 48” at 120 degrees.
- Length varies as per custom fit

PIPE SHOES
Description:
A pipe shoe is a pipe support device that is used to hold a pipe section to it's support structure. It is designed and built to withstand the many stresses that the pipe system will place on it. Its design will have many unique specifications to meet its intended purpose.
Pipe shoes are round and have a diameter very similar to the pipe that they are holding. Pipe shoes come in various configurations in which they typically require additional information such as field welding & specific bolting / clamping and insulating requirements. They can be bare finish, hot dip galvanized, elector-galvanized or painted.
Clamp on Pipe Shoe.
Typical 300L X 100H Beam Shoe / all dimensions as per drawing supplied.
No Gusset.
Complete with (2) Regular Pipe Clamps. This can come in heavy pipe clamp as well.
